Return Policy

At ooOh My, we’re committed to ensuring that every purchase you make is a delightful experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return an item. Our 14-day HASSLE FREE return policy is designed to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the day you received your order to initiate a return. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to keep your receipt handy!

Return Conditions

  1. Condition Check: Returned items must be in the original condition. We cannot accept items with additional wear, damage, stains, make-up marks, holes, washed, or perfume odour.
  2. Poor Condition Returns: Items returned in poor condition, including wear, damage, stains, makeup marks, holes, washing, or perfume odour, and not in resealable packaging, will NOT be accepted. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product back to the customer.
  3. Damage or Defects: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify our customer service within 3 days. Provide the order number, product/item number, and photos of the fault.
  4. Exclusions: Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  5. Return Charges: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Please ensure the parcel is returned to us in its original condition.
  6. Return Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely tracked.
  7. Exchange: To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the quickest processing time.
  8. Admin Fee: As a small, women-led, family-run business, we pour our heart into every order, ensuring that each piece is prepared and sent with care. To help cover the costs associated with returns, a small admin fee of £5 will be charged on all returns for orders over £60. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support!
  9. Order Details: Please include your name and order number on a slip within the package.

Starting a Return

To start a return, simply email us at customerservice@ooohmy.co.uk. Please include the following information in your email:

  1. Order number in the email subject
  2. Photos of the fault (if applicable)
  3. Description of the fault or return reason

Please note that items returned without prior agreement with our Customer Service team will not be approved by the Return department.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 14 working days.

Exclusions

  1. Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  2. Shipping fees paid to place the order are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

While we’re unable to cancel orders once placed, you can still return the item for a refund once you receive it. Reach out to us via the website chat feature or email at customerservice@ooohmy.co.uk for assistance.

Busy/Festive Periods

During busy or festive periods, orders cannot be adjusted or cancelled. Please double-check your order to ensure accuracy. Response times may be longer during these periods.
