We know you might have some questions about your order, so we've compiled a list of the most commonly asked questions to help you out.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, absolutely! Once your order has been successfully placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. This email will contain a tracking number for your parcel. We recommend creating an account to keep a history of your orders for easy reference.

Why are my items not packaged?

We understand that it can be frustrating when items don't come in plastic packaging. However, please note that not all of our items are packaged that way. Due to the nature of the products and the handling they go through during shipping, it's possible for them to become unfolded, tangled or creased.

Is loose threading on an item considered defective?

While we thoroughly check all items before dispatch, please note that minor loose threads are not considered defects. However, if you feel that your item is significantly defective, please reach out to us at customerservice@ooOhmy.co.uk with pictures of the defect, and we'll be happy to investigate.

Can my order be changed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we're not able to make any changes to the item or sizes on the order. However, if you email us at customerservice@ooOhmy.co.uk and the parcel hasn't been posted yet, we may be able to help.

Busy/Festive Periods.

Please note that during busy/festive periods, orders cannot be adjusted or cancelled. We kindly ask that you check all product details carefully before placing your order. Also, due to the high volume of emails we receive during these times, it may take us longer than expected to respond.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments from all major cards, including Visa, Master Card, Google Pay, Maestro and Apple Pay.

What currencies do you accept?

All orders placed with us are processed via the currency of the respective country.
