Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

When your successful order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address given when the order was placed. We recommend you create an account to keep a history of orders to refer to.

Why are my items not Packaged?

Please note, not all items come in plastic packaging. Due to the nature of the products and the way parcels are handled during transition, it is possible that they can become unfolded, tangled or creased. 

Is loose threading on an item considered defective?

Please note, minor loose threads do not make the clothing defective. All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch. If you feel your item is significantly defective please contact us via email customerservice@ooOhmy.co.uk and provide pictures of the defect and we will be happy to investigate.

Can my order be Changed?

Once your order has been placed unfortunately, we will not be able to make any changes to the item / sizes on the order. Please email us on customerservice@ooOhmy.co.uk and if the parcel has not been posted we should be able to help resolve this query.

 Busy/Festive Periods

During Busy/Festive periods orders cannot be adjusted or cancelled. Kindly ensure you have checked the details on the product to ensure you are ordering the correct item. It may take longer than expected for us to respond in busy periods.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments from PayPal and all major providers including Visa, Master Card, Google Pay, Maestro and Apple Pay 

What currencies do you accept?

All orders placed with us are in pound sterling GBP.
